| What if everything we think we know about leadership is based on a fundamental misconception which creates problems and frustration for both the leaders and those being led? Over the last decade many managers and business leaders have looked to the East for inspiration and guidance. In this lecture I will attempt to go to the source of that inspiration which is found within the Bhagavad Gita, an ancient text which was written 5,000 years ago and was passed on by word of mouth since time immemorial. We hope this short lecture will change your understanding of leadership and that you will get inspiration from the greatest leaders of all time, Krishna and Arjuna. |
