An excerpt from Psychology Today. Part 1 of this lecture will be about the limitations of such and similar ideas on achieving happiness. |
Part 2 - 31st May, 7pm Part 2 of this lecture series will discuss the various processes involved in achieving different varieties of happiness. We will culminate with bhakti yoga as the easiest method of attaining happiness based on Vedic knowledge. |
